The Serves up and while I agree with parts of this protest I do not agree with all of it. One of the larger things that sticks out for me is the fact that people who are protesting while not having a job think that somehow the magick job fairy is going to land on a shoulder and just hand them one in a nice shiny envelope. I know I kid about the magick fairy who visits our house, you know the one that refills the toilet tissue, empty’s the trash cans out and takes care of the soap dispensers. Really that’s not a fairy, that is me running around with wings on. I also wonder how correct this survey is. A good chunk of the people out there have no idea what half of these words mean, let alone the truth of the matter. They are just there with smart friends acting cool “Yo man, you know, look at me I am a protestor about to get arrested”.

We worry more about the way we say things than actually paying attention to making sense of what we say in the first place. Anyone that knows me, knows I will be blunt when I have to. These people out protesting are wasting time getting a job. Oh no there are no jobs; this being spewed from the mouths of many when its the largest holiday season coming up of the entire year. Ever hear of seasonal work? Get your ass to the mall and help out in department stores, do something. Gosh, doing something is better than doing nothing, isn’t it? Dennis Leary has it right, we have seriously gone soft. Call us a limp country. I am not a huge Leary fan but he hit the nail on the head when he spoke about how often this country has went soft.

I am honestly amazed at how much media attention this deal is getting, while it’s not all peaches & candy with much of the feed being edited to suit the needs of the preferred viewers by stations just imagine how much is real? What happened to the 80-20 rule? I wonder if 80% being arrested at fault and the other 20% were smart enough to back up when the cops come running. Or maybe they just ran faster than their friends did, who knows?
Now these protestors really want to walk to DC, marching is great as an idea but in NE states in the start of fall which for those that understand NE temperatures quickly runs directly into OMG its freaking hell froze over cold now. This a dumb ass idea. Occupy the Highway my ass, or their ass I should say, their soon to be cold ass wishing they just left it as an idea not a real stand against what they do not believe in. Yea, sorry but I am calling dumbassery on this one. When they get smart about what they say, when they say it and why they say it then and only then will I think differently. Show different ways, get different feedback.
