Welcome again to my world and the title is still the same; SSDD – Same Shit Different Day. I am going to try something new this year and see how long the challenge will last for. Hopefully at least one blog entry a day, if not a few drafts to keep on hand as well. December flew by quicker than most months do almost like the year buzzed by as a multiple-vortex tornado would.

Work life is still just as crazy as always but then again I did get myself into it, didn’t I? I really can not complain, tons of people years ago said it could not be done with the level we set as our goals and here we are still proving them wrong Crushing the Competition. I am not going to dabble too much on that today but it will be a an entry before the week is over on a few things I need to get off my chest, namely those who think work ethics went out the window back when people thought jumping on the welfare band wagon would be okay.

Personal life is just as nuts but I did bring that on myself, just with bad scheduling. Who decides to pet sit two cute little ones the same week their own pup gets fixed? Yep, he got chopped and he is recovering well even though he has somewhat of a cold now (we hope). The house is wrecked but tolerable somewhat, maybe the best in all the years we have lived here. The tree is still up and is coming down this week and between an adult cat, an 8 month old fixed puppy, an adult Dobie and a tiny kitten you can now understand why I feel the need to vacuum on almost a daily basis. You should see what happens come feeding time when we have eight 4 legged friends & 2 fish!

Now is the year for 2012 with the elections, I am still amazed at some of the commercials I see for those running, too bad about Michelle Bachmann. Eh, not really but I thought it would mention it as a nice reminder for me to touch down on this one too. Tons of runners do not sit well with me and even being raised to vote in the “lesser of the two evils” that really does not jive either. No clue who I am voting for but I can tell you someone I do, for the most part, agree with to a T.

Let’s see what tomorrow brings, Tra LA LA.
