Today started out normal, that at least I can say but the rest of it has been a little odd. We had an hour of down time for work which results in very little getting done since one site is my main form of work. If its down I am kind of stuck sitting at my desk and might as well have my thumb sticking in some pudding. Now after the site is back up I am also getting a ton of emails which are slowly catching up to my inbox and Outlook is staying pretty busy on this Freaky Friday. For those who are unaware Triskaidekaphobia seems to surely fit so I have officially named it Triskaidekaphobia day. Say that three times fast! Not only being Freaky Friday it’s also Friday the 13th and you all know what that means. Double, Double, Toil and Trouble.
Last night we ended up getting a light snow warning but we mostly dealt with high winds, something like out of the arctic. I woke to find lawn furniture turned over along with a huge cubbie that I am actually impressed the wind took out. Nothing broken but it was quite windy last night walking the dog. Highest winds I have ever seen that’s for sure. Now today the fun of work when everything else is lagged out the wazoo.
I am hoping the rest of the afternoon ends up going according to plan as I still have a ton left to do. Its been a rough week but at least exercise is going well. I managed about 6.77 miles on average each day and ending the week a little shy of 34 total miles. If I can keep it up I will hit my end of yearly mini goal, we shall see what happens next week. It has been tiresome but I can tell you after working out for the last year after never working out a day in my life, its been hard, fun, good & bad all at the same time. I am coming up on my 2nd year of not smoking as well so if you figure that into the count I am doing pretty darn well. More on the subject of ecigs at a later day so I can harp more at my friends and family who are still smoking. Happy Triskaidekaphobia day all!
