I should have known better, LOLShirts Big Ass Joke is a true gag. I tend to shop a good bit online and I am always looking out for deals. I can get things for the kids, family or friends but I am always looking to spend less than retail. Who honestly wants to pay retail when we are still having the lives sucked out of us from drowning gas prices?

The other month I caught an ad for some shirts to grab. Between myself and close friends many of us tend to buy those geeky shirts that have cute little sayings on them. This is the deal I caught and I decided why not, I mean really what logical person wants to pay up the $35.00 for a t-shirt? The quality was fine and the shirts were something that would get use out of them (I despise frivolous, non-usable gifts). I ordered knowing very well that it was during a period which most businesses are not operating within normal business hours, that was fine. They are shirts, it is not like I was trying to buy a life saving device.

Days later I received tracking information that led to nowhere and by that I mean they use USPS which is normally never bad. I am pretty sure we receive our e-juice via USPS and it never has issues. Their tracking information led me to a page that always showed the same damn thing as you can see here. At that point I decided to ask about it as having a tracking number does nothing for me if it does not actually track and provide correct updates. I attempted to reach out thinking maybe the tracking number issued was incorrect.

I attempted this after I tried to make sure I was not losing my mind typing in the wrong tracking information. Now mind you, I know that it takes 10 days for them to process and ship an item out (let me just say WTF?! 10 days to process something, are you under a fucking rock). I was not inquiring for “where is my item” I was inquiring for “is this the right tracking because it seems clearly wrong”.

On the 10th I received a beautifully written canned response that told me to do their job for myself which I obviously cannot do unless they really want some random person poking around in their ordering and tracking system, along with all of their data acquired by their customer base. Was that an invite? If so please feel free to pay me and I will find out all of your issues in your ordering and service system, collect my fee & be on my way.

I fired back and told them that they are idiots thinking I can just receive the same message twice and be okay with that. I went on to nicely tell them that as a paying customer (no matter what price I paid) my job is not to do their job for them. I provided valid reasons for the original inquiry and just wanted to get an ETA on when things would arrive pending they could offer a valid tracking confirmation code as the listed one did not work.

Even just to satisfy my sanity I asked politely if they were a reseller, which could at least explain the delay even though it did not explain the tracking issue. I kid you not, I received the same canned reply four times by these people and I swear at this point there is a monkey sending the auto-messages out locked in a basement somewhere. I still have no clue how they work other than by working under a rock.

I wonder if Jeremy Young is still running the place? I have known plenty of people in my mind but I bet even Cheech and Chong could not have jacked up this badly being stoners. They have no real customer service, treat clients like trash and then wonder why they are getting such bad reviews.

Four times I ask and have to reiterate the same thing, four times I get back the same stupid response that does nothing but waste my time. Anyone knows me knows that I work very hard for what I do, so does my spouse. This is such a joke that even he laughed at their idiocy. What kind of dumbass treats customers like this when they do have a reasonably decent product that how many people would be willing to buy? I guess #idiotsonaboat might need a sequel. The shirts I am keeping, the company can die out – I highly suggest a boycott.
