This is just a quick blurb because I really need to get back to work as I have a somewhat jam-packed day today. Anyways, yes it is another Weigh Day Wednesday but at least this week I climbed back on the bike again. Who’s back on track? This chick is, somewhat. After having a 129 day break from working out due to evil pneumonia I am happy to say that not only did I get back on the bike again, but I ended with a better stat than I did the last day I worked out, plus I am still alive to share in the news.

I try to aim for at least seven miles each time I work out and a total calorie burn of 200 (it’s a happy number, what can I say). I barely skimmed on the last bit but I am still quite happy with the totals for today. Then I did a few squats with weights, oh how I missed my weights! After being gone for such a long time I am a little shocked that I even ended it. The doctor told me to not over do it, obviously he knows little about it but to be fair he is a new doctor. I felt the burn within the first five minutes and I did not even try to look back.

I am a little shy of 6lbs. for where I plan to end up, and I am cutting back to only three days a week instead of five, if it takes me longer so be it. I already know I can do it and with the new mountain bike I have plenty of time to burn off the last six. Hell yea, even if I am sore for the rest of the week! Have a great day everyone, I already have my get up and go to make it through the rest of this hump day. Who’s else is back on track?
